We are at one of our client’s factory right now . The company name is GUOYI nonwoven, one of leading non woven fabric manufacturer in China. We finished one set of 3.2 meter width double beam spunbond production line in this factory years ago. Let me take you to check this machine working conditions .
You are watching is our 3.2 meters double beam spunbond production line right now,The space requirement of this machine is need 11 meters height,15 meters width and 25 meters length. So If you want to setup this machine in your factory, you need to check your exsiting plant space.
The maximum working speed of this machine is 300 meters per minutes. If you manufacturing 40GSM nonwoven fabric, the 24 hours output is around 20 tons.
The difference between double beam and single beam machine is double beam machine have two set of extruder , two spinning unit, two stretching units and two diffuser.The production process of double beam machine and single beam machine is same.
You can see ,we equip with auto suction feeder to feeding the PP material automatically, you just need put the PP granulate into the hopper. And then the auto suction feeder auto feeding.
Here is the third floor of this machine. There have suction units, extruder ,filter units and metering pump units.The screw of big extruder and recycling extruder is from Jinhu company. Jinhu company is one of biggest screw manufacturer in China.
Let’s go check the second floor, here is spinning and stretching units. The spinneret plate is from Changzhou ,top quality of China. It can make sure the filament titer up to 1.8 denier.
Right now , we are at ground floor, you can see here is our high speed web former units. Compare with single beam machine, the running speed of double beam machine is much more faster.
Here is calender. The brand of calender is from Guangyu(Qiaode) company. The famous calender manufacturer in China. As you can see ,the two layer of filaments feeding into the calender by web former units to thermal bonding to forming nonwoven fabric. After thermal bonding, the nonwoven fabric will winding by the winder.
The diameter of winding rolls can up to 2000mm. you can use this machine slitting the non woven fabric into different size offline .
Here is electric control cabinet , We use top quality electricity spare parts,such as schneider and Siemens. The Mainly motor from Siemens company.
