Zhejiang Yanpeng Nonwoven Machinery Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of nonwoven fabric production lines based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Originally established in 2008 as Wenzhou Yanpeng Nonwoven Technology Co., Ltd., the company specializes in the research, development, manufacture, and service of customized nonwoven machinery.
Yanpeng supplies single-beam, double-beam, and three-beam spunbond production lines, as well as SMS, SMMS, SSMS, and SSMMS spunmelt composite lines. The company also provides equipment solutions for PP, PET, RPET, PLA, and bicomponent nonwoven materials.
From project consultation and line configuration to installation, commissioning, operator training, and after-sales support, Yanpeng helps manufacturers develop nonwoven production capacity for packaging, agriculture, hygiene, medical, industrial, filtration, and sustainable-material applications.

As market demand evolves toward recyclable materials, renewable-material applications, and higher-performance nonwovens, Yanpeng develops equipment solutions for PET, RPET, PLA, PP, and bicomponent nonwoven materials. Responding to the national "Plastic Restriction Order," the nonwoven packaging industry entered a boom period. Yanpeng was established, focusing on the R&D and production of complete sets of non-woven fabric equipment.
Yanpeng had achieved approximately 80% market share in Wenzhou’s single-beam spunbond production line market. To meet growing demand, the company relocated its factory for the first time and began expanding its business nationwide.
This move supported Yanpeng’s development into a leading supplier of nonwoven production line equipment in Zhejiang Province and marked the beginning of a period of rapid growth.
As demand grew, Yanpeng introduced its SS (double-beam) spunbond nonwoven production line
Yanpeng had grown into a well-established supplier of complete nonwoven production line solutions, serving customers across China. To support continued manufacturing expansion and project delivery, the company relocated to Pingyang County’s Binhai New Area.
Yanpeng established a nonwoven equipment research and development center in Taishun to strengthen engineering development and support the delivery of integrated nonwoven production line solutions.
Building on its established domestic market presence, Yanpeng began expanding internationally by establishing a dedicated international business team to support overseas customers and nonwoven production line projects.
Yanpeng launched its first SSMMS Type B spunmelt production line following an investment of RMB 40 million. At the time of launch, Yanpeng was China’s only manufacturer offering both Type A and Type B SSMMS composite nonwoven production line solutions.s
Yanpeng developed and commissioned spunbond nonwoven production line solutions for PLA, PET, and RPET materials, expanding its capabilities in material-specific nonwoven manufacturing.
Yanpeng held the largest market share in China’s spunbond nonwoven production line market and was recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME, further strengthening its focus on technology development.
Yanpeng expanded its business reach to more than 50 countries worldwide and delivered over 700 nonwoven production lines globally. The company strengthened its international presence across Asia, Africa, South America, and other key nonwoven manufacturing markets.
Yanpeng continued to develop equipment solutions for PET, recycled-material, and PLA nonwoven applications, while expanding its intelligent manufacturing activities through the establishment of Zhejiang Yanpeng Robotics Technology Co., Ltd.
Looking ahead, Yanpeng will continue to develop nonwoven production line solutions with a focus on material adaptability, process automation, intelligent manufacturing, and lifecycle service support. The company will support customers in responding to changing requirements for PP, PET, RPET, PLA, and bicomponent nonwoven materials.
