1.YP-SSMS 1600mm nonwoven machine successfully runs
SSMS nonwoven fabric making machine successfully runs in Jiangxi,China.The non-woven machine runs smoothly and produces qualified non-woven fabrics.
This SSMS equipment is used for polypropylene fiber spinning web, hot rolling and strengthening nonwoven fabric production. The melt hot-rolled PP nonwoven fabric with different colors, functions and applications are produced with polypropylene fiber as the main raw material, supplemented with color masterbatch and additives such as anti-oxidation, anti pilling and flame retardant. The production line can not only produce three-layer SSS polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven products, but also produce three-layer S-M-S, four-layer S-S-M-S products. At the same time, the production line can produce melt blown nonwoven fabric for mask by adding off-line melt blown machine.
SSMS nonwoven fabrics are widely used in medical materials, especially in disposable sanitary products.
2.YP-SS 2400mm nonwoven machine finishes installation
The 2.4m SS non-woven machine has been installed in Korea, and is ready to run and put into production.SS non-woven fabrics are often used to make clothing lining, packaging, masks, protective clothing and so on.
