In order to better explain the process of equipment installation, I will spend some space on detailed explanation.
The spinning box is the installation reference point of other equipment in the production line. There are strict requirements for its plane coordinates, elevation and levelness, and the installation error must be controlled within the technical requirements.

After the positioning of the spinning box has been determined, the spinning pump, melt filter, screw extruder and metering feeding system can be installed in sequence towards its upstream direction.
In the downstream direction, the spunbonded system monomer suction device, cooling side blowing device and drafting device can be installed, or the drafting air duct of the melt injection system and cooling side blowing device can be installed.
In principle, equipment, especially large equipment, shall be installed on the bearing beam of steel structure, rather than directly installed on the panel of the platform.
